हमने सारा पेमेंट ही कर दिया था जिसमे होटल फीस+लंच/डिनर+ब्रेकफास्ट सामिल था, जब मैंने इनसे डिनर के लिए कहा तो इन्होंने अपने यहां की सबसे नॉर्मल थाली भेज दी जिसका प्राइज सिर्फ 160 रू था फिर जब हमने इनसे ब्रेकफास्ट के लिए कहा तो इन्होंने सिर्फ 1 पराठा और चाय ही भेजा, मेरे समझ से परे तो यह था, कि ये तो अच्छा खासा पेमेंट ले रहे हैं फिर ये अच्छा और पर्याप्त खाना खाने को क्यों नही दे रहे, और अगर आप इनसे कुछ कहो तो कहते हैं आप पेमेंट मत करों, मेरा इन होटल चालको से कहना है कि अगर आपको इतनी तकलीफ है तो आप बुकिंग ले ही क्यों रहे हो , अगर इस होटल कि खासियत की बात करू तो वो सिर्फ इतना ही है कि ये रेलवे स्टेशन के पास है, बाकी दी जाने वाली सर्विस तो बेहद घटिया 👍🏻

Very rude behaviour of hotel staff and poor hospitality provided at hotel . They tactically give disrespect to MakeMyTrip customers due to not getting heavy charges as MakeMyTrip always offer rational rate for their customers

There was no water, ventilation was not in the room, it was smelling badly nd there was a cover of dust over bedsheet. Plaster of the room fell of on me while having dinner, 😭😭 overall it was terrible and at checkout at 8:00 am counter person was asking for some money as i was online customer 😔
